This private course covers the basics of breathing, focus, intonation, vowels and vocal expression as well as reading music and rhythmic practice. Theatrical Studies - 113018

Students will learn several different methods of theatrical techniques to help better prepare them for the various roles of theater. They will intensely study character development through improvisational games and sketch comedy. Students will also get an opportunity to sharpen their audition skills through practicing cold readings and monologues from several scripted shows. Take your paddle game to the next level! You heard it over and over again that in platform tennis screens are your friend; however, when you get on the court it doesn't feel that way to you. The key is effective shots off the screen is anticipation, footwork, advanced preparation, and practice, so here is your chance to do just that. Our knowledgeable platform tennis professionals will help you better understand mechanics, movement, and how to handle any possible screen combination. Sign-up as a single.
Wilmette Platform Tennis Ladies' Boot Camp. Three days to improve your game in anticipation of the fall paddle season. Our focus will be on stroke mechanics, court positioning and recovery, shot anticipation, patience and much more. Platform tennis is a very easy game to play, yet a difficult game to win--you must out play the competition!
Our personalized instruction will better equip you for more success on the court. Sign-up is by foursome, so please organize your group of four. Please designate a group leader to sign-up for your entire foursome. Sign-ups are available online for one, two, three day or all four days. Camp will run September 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th from 9:30 am -1:30 pm. Don't delay! Please note: Pricing is per day per foursome. Space is limited. Sign-up by September 1st. All sign-ups are final.

Come out for an amazing fun time on the courts! Kids will enjoy lots of paddle games and enjoy pizza. Parents can socialize by the fire with a BYOB drink of choice. Cost will be $20 per child which includes paddle and pizza. Guests are welcome!
