Babysitting Training - 325003

Learn the information and skills necessary to provide safe and responsible care for children in the absence of parents or adult guardians. This American Red Cross course will teach five critical areas: leadership, safety and safe play, basic care, first aid and professionalism. This class is taught by an American Red Cross certified instructor. Participants should bring a lunch and must attend the full class to obtain certification. Children who arrive after 10:30 a.m. will not be permitted to participate.

Children's Egg Hunt - 325336

Come out to Howard Park for the 3rd Annual Children's Egg Hunt! Most eggs contain prizes and candy and some contain tickets for special prizes given out after the hunt. Children participate in their age group ONLY. Multiple age group egg hunts will be taking place at one time on various fields. Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to the hunt. Don't forget to take a picture with the Easter Bunny and grab your coloring book before you leave! Parents or guardians will only be allowed on the field with the 1-2 year old age group. Please bring your own bag or basket to collect eggs. You MUST pre-register to participate, there will be no onsite registration. This event may be cancelled due to inclement weather.

Doggie Egg Hunt - 325373

Put your dog's nose to the test during the 2nd Annual Doggie Egg Hunt! This year the hunt will be held at Howard Park. Your dog will help sniff out eggs that are filled with treats and some may contain special coupons for additional prizes - make sure to open your eggs on-site to collect your prize. One handler per dog who must be 18 years of age or older. All dogs must remain on-leash for the entire event and be at least 4 months old to participate and wearing current rabies tags. After the event make sure to grab a picture with the Easter Bunny! Please bring your own bag or basket. You MUST pre-register to participate, there will be no on-site registration. This event may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Fee is per dog.

** Please note, this hunt is specifically for dogs. Handlers may guide dogs to eggs, but must not hunt for eggs on their own separately.
